• Use automated scripts to initiate excessive or abusive scan requests.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent server rate limits or security mechanisms.
• Submit URLs containing malicious software, phishing content, or unlawful material.
• Misrepresent the generated diagnostic reports as certified guarantees from third-party AI platforms.

4. Scan Results & Accuracy Limitations

Our analysis evaluates public webpage content using objective readability and entity recognition criteria. However:

• No Ranking or Citation Guarantees: Generative AI assistants operate via complex, proprietary algorithms. We do not guarantee that high scores or implemented recommendations will result in specific AI citations, rankings, or commercial outcomes.
• Diagnostic Scope: Reports reflect a snapshot of public pages at the specific time of scanning. Rapid changes in website markup or third-party AI indexing models may affect ongoing relevance.

5. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, report templates, visual layouts, and associated software remain the exclusive intellectual property of AI Citation Analysis. All submitted website domain names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective copyright holders.

6. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability, but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Voice Registry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or reliance on generated diagnostic findings.
